What the defect is
Chrysler (FCA US, LLC) is recalling certain 2023 Pacifica Plug-In Hybrid Electric vehicles. The fuel line may be deformed, causing a fuel leak.
Why it matters
A fuel leak in the presence of an ignition source increases the risk of a fire.
The remedy
Dealers will inspect and replace the fuel line as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed August 31, 2023. Owners may contact FCA US, LLC customer service at 1-800-853-1403. FCA US, LLC's number for this recall is 77A.
