1 scored below four stars overall — worth reading alongside the individual frontal, side and rollover results, since a single weak sub-score can pull an otherwise strong vehicle down. The lowest rollover result here is 3 stars on the 2025 GMC Yukon; rollover measures how likely a vehicle is to roll, not how well it protects you if it does.

Star ratings compare vehicles of similar weight, so they are not transferable across classes: five stars on a compact car and five on a full-size SUV do not describe the same crash outcome.
